You just need a light touch of saltiness, so enjoy the taste of raw fish by dunking one side of the fish in soy sauce. You can also add the touch of sweet by ponzu sauce. But this sauce tastes perfect with the low oil fish.
Sushi with Chopsticks
Enjoy the best taste of Sushi by trying it with chopsticks, and if you are using the chopsticks for first time, go for the slices of sushi rolls. These slices are best to make a start with chopsticks. You are not supposed to shift the first stick in your hand. Just grip it on your forefinger and thumb, move it upward, and strap it on the ring finger.
